Steam is being partially blocked by four operators in Spain

At the time of writing this news, four operators in Spain (Movistar, Digi, Vodafone, and Orange) are blocking connections to the Fastly service, which Valve uses on Steam for various purposes related to loading images such as avatars or game covers.

This is causing a kind of "eternal loading" on the website and various sections of the Steam client. This is not a problem with you or Steam, but rather the operator's incompetence, which is blocking services it shouldn't.

As long as the absurd fight against soccer piracy continues, this will continue to happen, and unsurprisingly, not a single politician has raised their voice since the inquisition began.
