First version of a web extension for Chrome released

21/2/2025
Background
As the title says, I've released a first version of an extension for the Chrome browser. The concept of the extension is simple for now, every time you enter a game page on Steam a "box" will be added with the following information:
  • A link to the game's page on pepeizqdeals.com.
  • Minimum price of the game for Steam in euros (I remember that I don't have money to search in other currencies). If the game is sold on other platforms and has a different minimum price, I don't include it.
  • A message indicating whether it is or has been in bundles, regardless of platform.
  • A message indicating whether it is or has been in free promotions to claim, regardless of platform.
  • A message indicating whether it is or has been in subscription services, regardless of platform.
  • And a "sub box" with a link to the current best offer (if available).
A month ago I didn't even know what programming language I had to use to make browser extensions, so I ask for patience with the bugs. My original idea was to have released the extension in Firefox as well, but I've run into one of those bugs that makes you stop the project if nobody at Mozilla answers me. Even so, the extension will continue to receive updates as long as the website is alive.
And finally, although I hate to ask, if you give me stars in the Chrome Store page or in the Github project I would appreciate it.
