Added push notifications on the web for news and new historical lows

There is one advantage to not having a job, and that is that I can continue improving the website. I'll start by detailing what I've done in the last week:
Push Notifications
I've implemented push notifications to receive new news and new historical lows in games. For those who don't know these notifications, they are the ones that run through web browsers on your computers, smartphones, tablets and even refrigerators. To receive these notifications, it is mandatory to register an account on the website and allow receiving notifications from pepeizqdeals.com in your web browser. To manage these notifications I have added a new option in your account called "Push Notifications" where you can save the web browser where you want to receive notifications, for example, if you want to receive notifications on your smartphone you log into your account from your smartphone, open the "Push Notifications" option and click the "add this web browser" button. At the moment it will be limited to 1 web browser per account, if I see that this is successful I will see how to increase the limit.
Improvements to Home Page
Frankly I didn't like the previous design of the "news box" so I threw it away. Keeping in mind those who enter the website without wanting (or being able) to load the images I have opted for a compact design with a small image, title and time indicator for each news item. I've also implemented a button to load all the news from the last 7 days without having to reload or open another separate website. By doing all this I've also implemented a "background refresher" in all the boxes on the Home Page, what does this mean? You can leave the web browser open, go do something else and when you come back the website will have updated itself without you having to press the Refresh button on the web browser. I'll explain the details:
- News will now be updated in the background every 4 minutes for registered users, 1 minute only if you are a Patreon user. Those who enter the website without registering an account will not have the news box updated in the background.
- The list of historical lows has the same times as the news and will be updated every 4 minutes for registered users and every 1 minute for Patreon users. It also won't update unless you register an account.
- There are no changes to the featured games and they will rotate every 30 seconds regardless of whether you're registered or not.
I've also made some minor design changes to the wishlist and historical lows to save you a click when filtering results.
