Improvements made in the last week: Emails and Importing GOG accounts

10/12/2024
Background
I continue to progressively improve the website and add things that I still had on my to-do list, I'll tell you what I've done last week:
Mails, actually what I've programmed is something that you "don't see" but that you need to know, I've implemented a queue system in all the emails that the website sends you. So that you understand, the mail system is made up of two servers, my web server that sends the mail request and the mail server that executes the sending, now if the mail server crashes I save the mail requests on my web server until I can send them again. In theory, mails will no longer be lost and I think that no mail should be delayed for more than 1 hour but I still have the definitive test that will come with the Steam Christmas sales.
GOG, I continue to improve the integration of the platform on the web and now you can import your list of games and wishlists from your account. Basically it is the same as importing your Steam account, now in each game tab you will get a message if you already have the game on GOG or if you have it in your wishlist.
Improvements in the interface, by integrating GOG I have taken the opportunity to update the Account section to try to keep it as simple as possible and not turn it into a technical hell for the user. Because I don't want to do like Isthereanydeal or GGdeals, where a user who wants to have a wishlist needs to deal with their collections, profiles, alerts or waitlist.
